 will be made on items that have not been used and have not been worn at all, in their original condition and upon presentation of a receipt or proof of purchase.To make the exchange, please pack the items you want to return in the original packaging.

As soon as the item you wish to exchange/return is received by the studio, the item will be inspected and you will receive a notification regarding the exchange/return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are no refunds/exchanges on

 jewelry ordered by personal design, custom jewelry redesign, custom engagement/ wedding rings, any item that has been changed that is not as shown in the jewelry specification available on the website; change in product proportion/ stone size/ personal engraving, etc. Items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, custom ring sizing that are not offered in the original size range, One-of-a-KindFor items purchased with discount / sale or not at full price - it is not possible to receive a monetary credit but only credit for purchasing the site.

When purchasing a piece of jewelry whose price exceeds NIS 3,000 - you cannot receive a refund, according to the law, you can exchange it or receive a store credit. Except for a rare situation where the purchased item is damaged or not delivered as described on the website.

Returning a defective product

Returning a product due to a defect will be allowed within 48 hours from the date of delivery to the customer, under the following conditions:Presentation of a receipt confirming the purchase of the productThe product was returned intact and in its original packagingThe defect existed in the product when it arrived at the customer and was not caused by its use.For the avoidance of doubt, the return of a product that is not in its original packaging or that has already been used will not be accepted.


You can choose to cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmed order. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 48 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.

Store credit

Once we receive the item back, we will issue a store credit for the full amount.


Once we receive the product, we will provide the refund.Refunds can take up to 14 business days from the date of returning the item.You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges (Shipping costs are non-refundable and it’s the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs). There will also be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns. The Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancelation of a transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.A message will be sent to your email after the credit has been made.Please note, refunds are taking longer than usual to process, we apologise for any inconvenience. We are working hard on this and appreciate your patience.


Sending jewelry back to the store in case of return or exchange will be done at the customer's expense. We recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.You can return the jewelry independently, directly to the studio by prior arrangement.


If the item was defined as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Discounts and Sales

NOA HENEN Jewelry Studio reserves its right to change campaigns and discounts according to inventory and demand and in accordance with its decision, even before the deadline as long as the promotion is time-limited.
