NOA HENEN Jewelry Studio produces high quality luxury jewelry. Our production and design process is done according to the highest standards. All the jewelry is Handmade to order, made of precious metals combined with diamonds and gems.

Warranty

The warranty on our jewelry is for a period of one year from the date of purchase. For jewelry priced over 8000 NIS, the warranty is for a period of two years.

Our warranty is for manufacturing defects only and is valid under the following conditions:
1. The jewelry is maintained at a reasonable level.
2. There was no contact of the jewelry with acids or chemical substances such as: bleach, chlorine or other cleaning materials.
3. No repairs or other jewelry works were performed on the jewelry that were not done by the NOA HENEN Jewelry Studio.
4. The warranty is not valid for breakage, tear or damage to the jewelry due to unreasonable use and poor handling.
5. The warranty is not valid in the event of an accident or malicious damage.
6. The warranty is not valid in the case of natural wear and tear such as: stretching of a flexible piece of jewelry, ring bending, etc. Ring curvature is not defined as a manufacturing defect and therefore is not covered by the warranty.
7. The warranty is not valid for loss or theft of jewelry or parts of it.

As part of the warranty, the jewelry will be repaired or renewed but not replaced or credited.

We offer a paid repair service for jewelry purchased in the store without a time limit even after the end of the warranty period for repairable damages. The cost of the repair will be determined according to the type of repair and will be given to the customer for approval before starting the work.

A cleaning and polishing service for jewelry purchased in our store, including gems and diamonds, will be provided without a time limit.

Jewelry care

Wear our jewelry at any time, Fine jewelry pieces are meant to be worn anywhere and without fear.
Most of our jewelry requires minimal care.
At the same time, in order to protect the individual pieces,
we have a few Tips for maintaining your jewelry:

-It is recommend to not expose the jewelry to pool or sea water.
-We recommend avoiding contact of the jewelry with chemical substances.
-It is recommended to take off the jewelry before intensive activities such as sports, moving heavy products, etc.
-It is recommended to store the jewelry in a dedicated jewelry box or for extended periods, in a small, sealed bag.
-It is recommended not to store the jewelry in the bathroom because the humidity may accelerate oxidation processes.
-It is recommended to avoid contact of perfumes, creams, cleaning agents, acids and other substances with the jewelry.

Silver jewelry may turn black over time, so It is recommended to avoid prolonged contact of the jewelry with water, especially contact with salt water or any other substance that can cause oxidation, staining or discoloration.

Cleaning instructions

We use high quality diamonds. Diamonds tend to attract grease and dust. To maintain the look of your fine jewelry, it should be cleaned frequently.

A simple way to clean your jewelry:
-Soak it in warm water with a few drops of dishwashing soap.
-Use a soft toothbrush to gently loosen and remove any dirt on the surface.
-Make sure to rinse your jewelry well after cleaning and polishing with a soft cloth.

As with all fine jewelry, stone settings should be checked occasionally. If there is any movement, please return to us to be adjusted.
